Excel Workbooks
Reads a spreadsheet an agent is given, and writes one back as a downloadable file.
Most operational work still arrives as a workbook. An agent can read one attached to a run, work through it row by row, and produce a filled-in copy as a run artefact you download from the run page.
Useful for reconciliation, for filling a supplier template, and for turning a week of tickets into the report somebody would otherwise assemble by hand.
